Good Morning all friends and members! We meet last Saturday 4th of October to discuss the applications given in for the new national coordinator. Unfortunately due to the lack of participation from our members we could not discuss the only applicant who submitted his CV and cover letter. Therefore we have decided to reschedule our meeting until the Sunday the 19th of October in the evening at 5pm. We have also decided to extend the application for the position of national coordinator until the 17th of October which is a Friday followed by a meeting and dinner on Sunday evening.

Please confirm to me at 012319911 if you can participate in our dinner and final discussion of the applicants for the position of national coordinator. We also would like to extend to our senior friends in CWS, KCC, and the Ecumenical Church and 
those of you who wish to attend. Please confirm before the 17th so that we can prepare the logistics for dinner and meeting.
please note! it is important that we have all the members of cscm attend to help us make our last and final decision.
