What been happening?

In 2008 we are going through a transition that has brought us back to reassessing who we are and what is it that we want to do. After the RCM Meeting in Hong Kong and looking at the work of other SCMs in the AP Region we are always inspired by their work and the problems they have had to travel through.  Which enabled us the extra encouragement to push for a more clearer focus and future for CSCM.

1.we are guided by the advice and support of CWS Cambodia. 2.we have moved our office and give thanks for the help of YMCA for giving us temporary space to base our office.
3. we have moved our office into our senior friends house preparing a small office space. 4. we held two consecutive programs supported by CWS (International Women's Day, and International Child Rights Day.
5. we have worked on a very low budget but we have learnt to solve financial problems and focus on the resources we have. 6. we are now in the process of change of leadership. Which we will confirm after the 4th of October.
7. we are looking at developing a strategic plan to improve our leadership and gender concerns in CSCM.

8. we would like to build a senior friend base to help us gain insight, guidance and resources.

9. we would like to improve our funding ideas and strategies. 10. we are consolidating our membership and strengthening our leadership.
